Monthly report

June 2026

Published 2026-07-01

This is the first monthly report. I am publishing these because almost nobody in this industry publishes anything except their best month, and because I would rather be measured against my own record than against a claim.

Everything here is net where it says net and gross where it says gross. Nothing is rounded up. Past months will never be edited. If a number turns out to be wrong, the correction will appear in a later report with the original left visible.

There is nothing for sale on this site.

What shipped

  • Opened the Courses door with two recorded programmes
  • Mastery Club billing moved to monthly recurring
  • First 3,000 emails migrated onto owned infrastructure

What broke

  • Blueprint door was scheduled for June and did not ship. No revenue, three weeks of work.
  • ₹41,200 of ad spend went to a creative set that produced 118 leads and zero purchases.
  • A pricing test on Courses ran with a broken checkout for roughly 19 hours.

What I am worried about

One person and one profitable door is not a business, it is a coincidence that has not been tested yet. Courses carried this month almost entirely. If that channel softens in July there is nothing underneath it, and I will find out how thin the base is at the worst possible time. I am also aware that I am the single point of failure for delivery, support, and acquisition simultaneously.
